I could not agree more to this idea. Although I know that it does not solve the entire issue, but it is a start and a great call for action. I am glad that at least someone is trying to save our children from being hurt and abused.
I believe this is a good way to keep children and families safe. Then again I also believe that it violates that persons rights. It puts them out in the open for people to discriminate them.
